Rockstar Games released a new update to their games launcher on Thursday. This new version of the RGL comes with several bug fixes and backend upgrades to keep the platform working optimally for those enjoying Rockstar’s titles on PC via the studio’s own launcher.
Before we get into the patch notes, dataminer Tex2 found something interesting in the latest update. Rockstar added a reference to a “Streamer Mode” setting with this update. He speculates this could be part of the all-new in-game overlay Rockstar teased as part of nopixel V’s launch next week.

This update will be downloaded when you next boot the launcher up. It’s good to see Rockstar improving their launcher after plenty of players are not keen on using it. Rockstar are making it clear the Rockstar Games Launcher is here to stay especially ahead of GTA VI’s release (it will come to PC at some point).
Let us know down in the comments if any of the improvements made to the Rockstar Games Launcher are useful to you. For more GTA 6 news updates or anything else relating to Rockstar Games, stay tuned to RockstarINTEL.
