GTA 6 is getting a collector’s edition vinyl and album. We’ve got images, cover art, tracks and more.
Rockstar Games have announced the official Grand Theft Auto VI album. This comes after Spotify put up large billboards across Miami, LA and NYC and musicians posted the same artwork to their social media channels. You can see all of them here. We’ve been expecting some music related news with GTA VI this week and now this is the big part of it.
The company also tease “details about the music of Grand Theft Auto VI, including the dynamic score, the next evolution of in-game radio, and more” are coming soon.
Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album Cover Art
The soundtrack will contain 34 original tracks that “capture the electric energy of Grand Theft Auto VI’s world of Vice City and Leonida.” Plus “Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album features a genre-defying roster of the most exciting artists in the world.” The curated selection of music will be co-produced by Atlantic Records and Rockstar Games. So far, 6 tracks have been confirmed by Rockstar to be on the album. You can see them below:
These 6 singles have already been put into the Spotify playlist for you to listen to.
Comes with full album audio CD and booklet in jewel case. – £10.99
Comes with two transparent magenta discs with blue splatter. – £44.99
This limited-edition vinyl comes with two transparent magenta discs filled with blue liquid. Featuring exclusive new artwork and packaging designs that echo the iconic style of Grand Theft Auto VI. – £108.99.
It will be produced in limited quantities. The current release date is November 19th/20th, the same day as the game comes out. You can purchase it Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album – – Official Store.
Additionally, exclusive vinyl disc colorways, each featuring unique new art can be found at Blood Records, Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, Urban Outfitters, and indie retailers per Rockstar.
