The company that inspired GTA Online’s HVY Nightshark are now making an actual 1 to 1 HVY Nightshark driveable replica. In an exclusive with RockstarINTEL, DARTZ reveal they have created a $1 million-plus real-world GTA-inspired machine into a one-player game world with a former fighter-jet ejection seat, a physical weapon wheel, gun ports and animal-free exotic skin. We’ve got exclusive details and the first look at its interior.

Ejection Seat Info

A customer who knew DARTZ and founder Leonard F. Yankelovich has commissioned the real-world version. The owner will be able to sit inside the physical Nightshark and drives the digital Nightshark on the screen in front of him in GTA Online. This rear seat is an ejection seat taken from a fighter jet and adapted for automotive use. There is no ejection function however its aircraft frame, exposed mechanics and rails stay visible.

“Most million-dollar cars put two luxury seats in the back. Massage. Champagne. Screens. But this is the Nightshark. DARTZ gave the entire rear cabin to one player. No rear bench. No second chair. No second controller. Just one private game world built around a former fighter-jet ejection seat.”

The Details

There’s also a five-point harness with NIGHTSHARK lettering. The seatbelt buckle is a GTA weapon wheel. The physical metal weapon-selection wheel has been engraved with grenade, pistol, Uzi, rifle, sniper, launcher, shotgun and melee positions. You can see it in the image above. This attention to detail is why people go to DARTZ. A DARTZ skull sits on the headrest and gun ports are integrated into the surrounding cabin.

GTA Online Inside

The client who commissioned this vehicle had one objective: drive the Nightshark from inside the Nightshark. Inside the rear cabin is a huge low-latency gaming display that fills the forward view and a current-generation console hidden behind the trim, together with the cables. There’s even satellite internet to keep the player connected. As for audio, a high-end integrated sound system fills the cabin, while a sculptural Metaxas & Sins electrostatic headphone system with a skull form and Swiss tourbillon sits beside the throne for private listening. It’s ready for GTA VI this November too.

Travel Modes

There are 3 modes for the passenger to enjoy:

  1. Keeps the player fully connected in the real world. Ivory white. Deep-pile carpet. Stitched ceiling panels. Wood-faced compartments. Soft exotic-looking surfaces. Dark privacy glass.
  2. Shuts away outside feeds and nonessential systems, leaving only the throne, the screen, the sound and the game. Cyan and pink light runs through the ceiling, seat, screen and exposed fighter-seat hardware. The white private cabin turns into a neon one-player game chamber.
  3. Screen switches to live cameras around the vehicle

Vice City Materials

DARTZ say Shark texture belongs inside the Nightshark given the name and Alligator texture belongs in a car heading for Miami. However, the customer was explicit about one thing: no real animal skin.

The challenge is to the customer the same feel, softness, grain and excess of top exotic leather without killing an animal. DARTZ is using high-end animal-free upholstery materials built from automotive-grade engineered surfaces combined with bio-based and plant-derived components. The goal is not to make it look ecological. The goal is to make it feel outrageously expensive. Without the shark. Without the alligator. Without the whale. On the fighter seat, that contrast becomes the whole cabin in one object: aircraft hardware wrapped in ivory crocodilian luxury, without the crocodile.

“This is the Nightshark. It came from a game. So the customer wanted the whole world of the game inside it.

He knew our history and he knew we could go extreme with materials. But he was very clear: no real animal skin. Give me the luxury, the comfort and the drama, but do it without killing the animal.

And GTA is not just cars. That is why the throne comes from a fighter jet. That is why the buckle became a weapon wheel. And that is why the whole project comes down to one sentence: drive the Nightshark from inside the Nightshark.”

Leonard F. Yankelovich, DARTZ founder

DARTZ is still withholding the customer’s identity, final exterior, underlying platform, console brand, protection specification and several other details. The completed $1 million-plus vehicle is planned for an independent reveal in Miami during the week of GTA VI’s currently announced November 2026 launch. Stay tuned for more details.

Note: The Nightshark is a vehicle from GTA Online. This independent DARTZ project is not sponsored, endorsed, approved or licensed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
