Tonight I was in an alliance to "Divine Might". It took us 4 tries but we won.

1st try was going well until someone rested and drew hate it is unknown who, we got up and got going again only to run out of time when the last NM was at 50% HP.

2nd "try" half the alliance went in the wrong BCNM.

3rd try we did even worse than the first, this was due to PLD Tank being killed too a 900 damage Spirits Within and thus the NMs came after us.

We took a wipe and RR, rested up but a load of people died. Now at this point I left the battle with 1/2 of the alliance because we knew we were done for.

However the only other BLM in the Alliance started accusing me of doing nothing at all. Said I was just stood doing nothing the whole time, asking why I had full MP.

All I can think is a glitch on his end made it look like I was still in the zone. Other members in the alliance can verify I was outside with them.

Then he started accusing me of casting "Regen"... I have no idea why? Regen is nowhere near my Elemental Enfeeble Macros or my Nuking Macros, there is just no way I could have cast it.

Then he started saying I was resting the whole time. Now I would assume this resting was meant to have been on our 3rd run when the wipe was not caused by resting at all.

We stopped arguing for the good of the party though. And 4th go we got it.

With the battle won, I tired to make peace but he would have none of it and it would seem some members believed him, others believed me and said he is generally a nasty person and it was not worth me lowering my self to his level. Although no one really seems to care either way as we had won. Although one member did say she changed her mind over it due to how calm and rational I was behaving.

He said I was a "poor" (A nicer way of saying it) black mage but that was my way of choosing to play and nothing he could do about it, and that there was nothing to make peace about. He also mentioned we had partied before trying to get another item and I had been bad then as well. I do not remember him but I guess he picked up a disliking for me back then.

The thing is I am an honest person, if I make a mistake I admit it. I made a party lose CoP 2-5 by forgetting to cast RR as WHM however it was my mistake and I admit it. However he would just not have it.

Unfortunately I suffer from depression so stuff like this really upsets me (I know an MMO/the internet is a bad environment to be in for that, grow thicker skin, etc).

So I just wonder what you do in situations, where you are innocent of something yet others refuse to accept it, where you try to be kind and polite and get nothing but insults back.
